New laptop

I have a new laptop! Actually, I had to borrow money from my boyfriend to buy it, but I need it to do proofreading and (hopefully) work on my ph.d application, so it's an investment more than anything. It's very nice, especially compared to my ooold one, which had been sick for a long time. What really pushed it over the edge was me accidentaly banging it into my knee as I lifted it onto my lap. After that, the network card was all wonky and it would shut down randomly :(

Also, finished Shadow of the giant earlier. Cried a bit.
